Meet the Team

Grant has worked in the St John’s Wood property market since 1985, giving him more than four decades of experience and a rare first-hand perspective on the evolution of the area and its property market.

Throughout his career, Grant has advised on more than 100 substantial residential developments in and around St John’s Wood and surrounding areas, as well as providing property advice at senior corporate level, including to some of the City’s leading banks.

Having built his career at a time when personal relationships, communication and service were at the heart of estate agency, Grant remains passionate about maintaining those values. While the industry has increasingly focused on technology and scalability, his approach has remained centred around providing knowledgeable, personal advice and building long-standing relationships with clients.

Outside of property, Grant has always had a strong interest in competitive sport and has completed five marathons for charity. He was also involved with Rays of Sunshine for 20 years as a Trustee and Executive Committee Member and acted as Co-Chairman of the charity’s principal fundraising event.

With his extensive local knowledge, longstanding relationships and decades of experience across changing property markets, Grant brings both perspective and a deeply personal approach to Fox Gregory.

Sian began her career in property three years ago within a corporate estate agency before joining Fox Gregory almost two years ago, where she has quickly grown into a much broader role within the business.

As Operations Manager, Sian is involved across many areas of the agency, from managing properties and client accounts to coordinating contractors, overseeing compliance and supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.

One of the aspects Sian enjoys most is building strong relationships with Fox Gregory’s landlords, tenants and contractors. She takes pride in being approachable and responsive, while making sure that issues are dealt with efficiently and clients are kept informed throughout.

Moving from a corporate environment to an independent agency has allowed Sian to become involved in virtually every aspect of the business and develop a real understanding of what goes into delivering a personal property service.

Since joining Fox Gregory over two and a half years ago, Yasmin has developed a real passion for lettings, building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants along the way. With an entrepreneurial background and experience running her own food business, she brings a friendly and hands-on approach to her role as a letting’s negotiator. All of which have come in handy in the fast-paced world of property!

Working within an independent agency means no two days are quite the same, and she enjoys being involved across all aspects of the business, from negotiating lets and building relationships with landlords and tenants to supporting the wider day-to-day running of the office. She takes a personal approach to helping applicants find the right home and enjoys building long-lasting relationships with clients.

Having lived in St John’s Wood for the past five years, she knows the area like the back of her hand. She loves sharing her local knowledge with applicants, from recommending schools and grocery shops to the best coffee spots, restaurants and places to explore — the kind of advice you won’t find in a property brochure!

Claudia is a Lettings Consultant at Fox Gregory, bringing over nine years of experience in marketing for global and international brands. Her background includes building brand presence, maximising exposure and helping businesses deliver against their core KPIs. She brings this commercial, results-driven approach to property, with a particular focus on lettings.

Claudia is passionate about building strong client relationships and understanding the individual needs of landlords and tenants. She loves meeting new people, learning about their backgrounds and discovering what matters most to them. This allows her to provide a personal, proactive service and help clients navigate the lettings process with confidence.

Living in Primrose Hill and working in St John’s Wood, Claudia has a genuine appreciation for the local area. She takes particular pride in helping people find a home in the neighbourhood and sharing her knowledge of the community.

Outside of work, Claudia enjoys discovering the area’s best workout studios and coffee spots. She also loves exploring the local neighbourhood on walks with her dog, Riley, who joins her at the office every day and has become Fox Gregory’s much-loved office mascot.
