I had a very good experience with Fox Gregory from start to finish during my two-year tenancy at Primrose Gardens. Grant Fox was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable when going through the rental agreement, and he put real effort into improving the condition of the property before I moved in — from lighting to bathroom fittings and various small touches that made a big difference. Throughout my tenancy, Yasmin and Sian were always responsive, professional, and supportive. Their clear communication and prompt help made day-to-day matters and the move-out process smooth and stress-free. Thank you to the whole Fox Gregory team for providing such a positive and reliable experience from beginning to end!

I've been renting via Fox Gregory for years and Yasmine and Sian have always been responsive and professional on all occasions I've needed support. I've dealt with many estate agents over the years on London and it's rare to find some so friendly, honest and reliable. I'll certainly contact Yasmine when I'm next looking for a new flat in St John's Wood.

Sian, Yasmin and the team at fox gregory are absolutely brilliant. Ive lived at a rented flat through FG for 3 years and their service is always great. All the way from renting the flat to ongoing support with any flat issues and beyond. Thank you ?

Fox Gregory has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Grant Fox, Yasmin Tamdi, and Sian Kelly-Brown delivered a level of service that combined real expertise with exceptional personal care for which we are so very grateful. What stood out immediately was their proactive approach. Even though our St John's Wood flat is small, they went well beyond expectations to ensure it was rental ready. They put us in touch with Gareth, a fantastic contractor who took care of carpentry, electrics, and damp proofing with real skill—this alone saved us huge amounts of time and hassle. Their efficiency was impressive too. They provided expert guidance throughout the process and found us a tenant very quickly. Now they're managing the property, and everything continues to run smoothly. Grant, Yasmin, and Sian are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly committed to achieving excellent results. If you need a letting agent in the area who genuinely cares about their clients while delivering professional service, I highly recommend Fox Gregory.

I cannot recommend Fox Gregory highly enough. From the moment we engaged with them about renting out our St John’s Wood flat, Sian, Grant and Yasmin were efficient, knowledgeable, supportive, friendly and fun! Their guidance and advice were invaluable, and they secured a tenant for us very quickly. What really set them apart was their proactive approach to getting our property rental-ready (despite the fact that our flat is small and their financial return was limited). They connected us with Gareth, a highly skilled contractor, who handled everything from carpentry and electrics to damp proofing - and was a real pleasure to work with. This saved us enormous time and stress. Now they’re managing the tenancy and the service so far has been seamless. It’s clear they know what they’re doing and genuinely care about providing a great service. I highly recommend Fox Gregory if you’re looking for a letting agent in the area.

I had a fantastic experience working with Fox Gregory. Yasmin was a fabulous, professional, and kind agent who helped me find the perfect flat in London.

I had a wonderful experience with Fox Gregory. Yasmin and Sian delivered high quality support!

We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to Yasmin for all her help throughout our move. She was always kind, patient, and incredibly supportive. We genuinely felt that she cared about finding the right fit for everyone involved, rather than simply closing a deal. It was a pleasure working with her, and we are truly grateful for all her support and would definitely recommend her.
